A New Challenge - Day 4


Hi Team


That is not my dinner, But close.


I have had brown rice, Harissa chicken, peas, green beans and sweet corn. - Simple and effective.


Going from the aggressive fat loss protocol from last month and being able to increase my calories now for a normal is making me feel so much better as well as my body feels and looks fuller and sharper.


It was back at the workout today after a day off.


Clean and Press - 60kg

Pull up - 30kg

Deadlift - 130kg

Barbell Curls - 60kg

Dips - 40kg

Ab Wheel


Man, o man it was hot. I had to buy a paddling pool for the kids, I have them my myself all tomorrow so I bought one from Lidl for £15! and 10% off!


I am a summer man, this summer has sucked in England, now for the last week it's been 25C and hotter! Which I love, I just wish that there was that cool sea breeze... only problem is that I don't live near the sea!


I have some interesting conversations this week and sometimes I it takes things to sink in.


There are times that I just love sitting in the garden and watching the word and allowing thoughts to run through and re-asses things. Maybe it's what some people call meditation or maybe it's just be a guy and needing a little time alone with my thoughts to review, reassess and plan.


This week I have cut my Spotify payment and now using the free service. I am really trying to cut back on needless spending and you know what? having a couple of adverts during a bunch of songs isn't as bad as I thought it would be.


remember life is simple if you make it simple.


But you need to control it and now allow the pressures of others to dictate your happiness.


Look after yourself

Look after your family

Look after your friends

Look after colleagues

Look after your community


In that order.
