Hi Team
I have started to add loaded carries into my workouts.
Farmers Walk
Suitcase Carry
Waiter Walk
Holy moly! The shoulders, back core and anaconda strength has made me feel that I have an coat of armour inside and out.
What is anaconda strength?
It is a term from legendary strength coach Dan John. It's that tension around the midsection where everything is tight and can't move to, that squeeze throughout the body. As the body is one piece and loaded carries are the way to build this anaconda strength and core stability.
And it's way better that doing ab crunches!
Try it!
You may like it!
Go heavy on the weights make sure that squeeze all over is there.
Deadlifts
For me Deadlifts, Split Squats, Goblet Squats and Kettlebell Swings are probaly the only weighted leg exercises you need.
Add in sprints and hill sprints and you got a hell of rear end and quadzilla better watch out!
Here is a Deadlift demo to make sure you are getting it right.
It is a hinge! It is power through your glutes and legs! Not your back!
What are you listening to?
One of the best things Ive bought?
I was recently at a garden centre and they had one of those chair massagers which I tired out. It was so nice and really got the knots in my back out.
It was £200 and it said that it was half price so I went to the checkout and went to buy it for £100 but apparently it was labelled wrong.
So off I trotted to the website and it was on sale for £80!
Now I have a Shiatsu massage chair as part of my living room which is used everyday but myself, my better half and my 2 children who I often find there just having a massage which watching Peppa Pig!
A massage costs around £70 nowadays for an hour. This thing is still on sale and does the job!
Check it out here! I 100% recommend.
*I do not get any money or anything for recommending this item, it is just amazing!*
