Here are a few tips to help you get started:
Set realistic goals. People who try and lose too much weight is 2 weeks always but it back on quickly be patient, aim to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
Make healthy changes to your diet. Track what you eat, Eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Choose lean protein sources like chicken, beans, yoghurt
Eat less junk food. The sugary drinks, the biscuits, the cakes, I didn't say don't eat them I said eat less
Be more active. Aim for at least 15 mins of walking a day, start weight lifting 3 days a week.
