Fajita's and Workout


Hi team


We had fajitas tonight for dinner, I do like Mexican food.

I love Nacho’s

Wait a minute…. is all Mexican food really the same?? who cares its good for you and it tastes incredible!


It got me thinking about workout programmes, people pay fortunes for workout programmes and every day on social media some 25 year old comes along saying they have invented a new way of working out that is different and better than any one else's.


But working out is the same as Mexican Food as long as you have the fundamentals of the good meal however you label it, it doesn't really matter as long at the good stuff is there.


So what ingredients work and are the fundamentals of all workout programmes to build muscle, lose fat, and get lean?


Well you need some exercises to do.


Squats Deadlifts A pushing movement (dips/push ups/bench press/overhead press) A pulling movement (back rows/pulls ups/lat pull downs) An ab move


The nice to haves are some bicep moves and maybe a hip thrust in there and go for a walk.

No matter how you wrap up a workout programme, with the pretty 20 year old selling it, the programme will have all these fundamental moves. Why? because they work.


Did the cute 20 year old invent them? No… someone in the 1950’s did and it worked for him or her as well as the social media guru and it will work for you.


You have to show up and do them and you will get results.


I showed up for my fajitas!
