Fat Loss Advice from an Olympic Coach

I’m a big fan of keeping things simple and intelligent by intelligent nutrition, it is not about complicating food choices for you, we want to enjoy our food and not stress about eating and making the “wrong” choices because it maybe a sin! God help us all if you sin! Or eat the wrong colour coded food! Or drink that 4th shake of the day and not taste REAL food.


Nutrition should be simple,


And you should still be able to Treat yo’self.


Everyday it should feel easy and simple, it shouldn’t feel like a maths degree in Chinese.

Remember fat loss happens in the kitchen, exercise is a very nice compliment which helps us look toned and alive.


Here is the story from Dan John


A nutritionist from the Olympic village gave a speech to all the Olympians once about food for fat loss and athletes. Now, if you look at the athletes at the Olympics I would suggest that they know how to eat right for the best performances that their body can do and they don’t look too bad either!

This is what he said.


“I don’t see why people find it so hard to lose body fat. I will give you the only nutrition advice people need.

Eat protein Eat veggies Drink water.”


But that’s too simple right? And where is the flash in that where 20 year old influencers can make money from that advice?


Does simple work?


Yes. simple works because it makes it achievable and easy to get into any lifestyle and even your lifestyle.
