Fat Loss Advice - The 1, 2, 3 Method

How is everyone today?


Man, fat loss advice again! Yes! It’s the hardest part of anything to do with health and fitness and there are so many people out there spouting rubbish and trying to get to you to buy supplements that don’t work so they get paid commission!


I’m sorry the fitness industry sucks and is so selfish because most of the influencers out there don’t seem to be trying to help you, they are trying to sell you things that you don’t need! And most are on steroids or sniffing the white stuff but still making you think they have a fully natural healthy life!


Now, fat loss happens in the kitchen.


Eating in a calorie deficit is the only way to lose body fat.


I have posted about calories and calorie counting in previous posts.


I understand that some of you maybe overwhelmed at even thinking about counting calories and I fully understand.


So I am going to give you some really simple advice about if you are really starting out a fat loss journey and just want to keep it so simple to start with even before going onto counting calories.

This is a really good place to start, and I have stolen it from fitness coach Jordan Syatt.


It’s the 1 2 3 eating plan.


Everyday I want you to eat


1. BIG ASS salad (Jordan emphasises the big ass part)

2. Pieces of fruit

3. Glasses of water


Do this everyday to really start changing eating habits, eat other things too but make sure you eat 1 BIG ASS Salad, 2 pieces of fruit and drink 3 glasses of water and this should help with getting your mind and body used to changing habits for the better.


If you want a gold star go for a walk outside for 15 mins a day too and this could be the start of a new you!
