Welcome to The Tempus. This workout programme is for those looking for minimalist fast effective strength and conditioning workouts.
Each workout has a strength element to it and after most workouts you will then go for a short walk or run.
In a world where time is of the essence, I want my workout not only to be efficient but effective and something I don’t need to think about.
In these workouts we will be going back to simple moves with minimal equipment and if you don’t have what is needed you can substitute with a dumbbell.

A kettlebell
Pull Up bar
Dumbbell
Barbell and plates
Timer
