How to Live a Stress Fee Life

Hi Team

Fundamentals First

Fundamentals first that’s what life is all about, if we can get the fundamentals right first things normally fall into place and you can build on them. Some like to say foundations first before you build the house otherwise the house won’t be stable and last forever.

I know, that with the world we live in some of us have forgotten the fundamentals.

Life shouldn’t be hard but we all know it is.

But if we can keep the fundamentals consistent and as a part of our habits everyday, the rest of life should be a little easier and more stable.

Another way of looking at it is:-

Embrace the obvious.

If you have a hole in the roof letting rain in – cover the hole

If you have no savings – start saving

If you are eating too many biscuits – stop buying biscuits

If you are a runner and want to be better at running – run

If you want to a writer – write

If you want to pass an exam – study

If you are tired – sleep

If you are thirsty – drink water

It’s a hard but simple concept, if we embrace the obvious instead of overthinking and analyzing things over and over again.

I have had a few different jobs in my life and the best people I have worked with are the ones that do the fundamentals of their role first, and are consistent with them.

They show up on time, everyday, know the basics, do them consistently and do their best and they are the ones that actually enjoy their job more and smile at work and seem a lot less stressed than people that are avoiding the fundamentals.

You know the type, the kind of person that will moan and complain for an hour over a task that has been given to them that could have been completed in 15 mins.

So my question to you is, are you the type of person to complain instead of embracing the obvious and doing that to achieve your goals?

Fundamentals first – I’m here to tell you nothing you haven’t been told before, are you ready to embrace the obvious consistently and do your best?
