Hi Team
This week I have been coaching and training people to show them new ways of working and tools to succeed and thrive in their jobs.
The conversation led to changing daily routines and habit to incorporate the new skills, and tools to plan their days and get the results they want.
I also started reading a book called "How to Live" by Dereck Sivers, he started cdbaby.com which sold independent music artists CDs online. This was before amazon and Itunes and the only place you could find up and coming artists albums online. (kids, CDs are like spotify, google them.)
In 'How to Live." there is a short paragraph that says
"New habits are what you are trying,
Old habits are who you are"
another way of looking at it is:-
You are the sum of your habits.
Which again reminded me, when I used to be on the instagram, I used to post this kind of stuff - this is one from 2021.

It is like eating a salad for lunch and wonder why you haven't lost 10lbs by the evening?!?
You are the way you are because over the last few years you have formed habits and this is who you are right now.
Who do you want to be?
What habits need to change to be that person?
What knowledge do you need to gain?
What skills do you need to learn?
What tools do you need access to get results?
Which brings me to something that author and high performance coach Brendon Burchard says:-

If you need guidance in your fat loss or fitness habits let me know! I'm here to help.
But remember, It's the small things, over the long haul that get consistent results and real change!
What are your workouts?
I do hate January and Febuary the tempurate really drops!
My gym is outside, no coverings and no heating! so January and this start of Feb has been really hard to make myself get out there and do a workout!
Beanie hats, thermals, vests and hoodies have been a must!
But it's a habit! 3 or 4 days a week I will go out there and hit a 20 to 30 min weight workout.
Here is a quick Kettlebell Workout for you.

Don't forget about the Saturday Morning Bootcamps to form a Saturday morning habit for the new year!
The team is growing and a really good atmosphere and fun to kickstart your weekend off in the right way!
Get it done while everyone else is asleep!

Speak to me about monthly payments or brand new full year one off payment for all classes!
What are you listening to?
This song came on while driving home from work and just reminded me of good old fashioned rock and soul music. Van Morrison-esque with a bit of Ray charles, and Chris Stapleton.
Turn it up loud, sit quietly on your sofa just with a small lamp on and let it wash over you as you sip wine or a whiskey.
Chris
