Maybe it's Magic...

Hi team

It’s been a busy weekend with work and catching up on things.

I read clarence bass’ book called Ripped.

It was a book about how he got to 2.5% body fat.

Yes there was a steroid element to his body building, but unlike today’s body builders who say they eat 4000-6000 calories and get mass and shredded. Bass only ate around 2,500 calories a day and got, well ripped.

His secret was peanut Butter sandwiches for lunch and boiled eggs for dinner. No protein shakes and he was strong and looked really good.

I have adopted this style of eating peanut Butter bagels and boiled eggs are a routine part of the day, my protein shakes are only now used if I am in a hurry or can’t get food inside me… You know like supplements are meant to be used.

Legendary strength coach has a programme that helps put on 5kg of muscle mass in 6 weeks. If you do the programme by the book.

His secret to get enough calories in is to carry a jar of peanut butter with you and some bread so when you are hungry that’s your go snack or lunch.

Since I have been eating more peanut Butter and boiled eggs I have lost body fat and my muscles look more dense and defined. I am eating between 2,200 – 2600 calories a day.

Maybe peanut Butter is magic.
