It's day 11 of the Old Skool Strength Challenge and workout that simple quick and I got a sweat on which kinda sneaked up on me.
I watched an interview of Mike Phelan, who was the assistant manager of Man Utd, to one of the greatest manager in English football Alex Ferguson.
There was one game that he was sitting next to Alex Ferguson all the staff watching the game and Phelan grabs a balloon and pops the balloon scaring everybody sitting around him.
It's viral video and Alex Ferguson gives him a few kind words!

In the interview, Phelan says that although the game was intense and he was concentrating on it, this balloon was floating around and he couldn't get his mind off the balloon. It kind of consumed him and he thought to himself, "If that balloon comes towards me, Im going to grab it and pop it."
then he said something that was genius.
"It's funny, how things get attracted to you when you start thinking about it."
There it is.
How to to be successful in life.
You got to think about where you want to go and get it into your mind, and that goal will attract towards you. (Don't become a stalker though!)
If you want to get fit and healthy, at first you need it to be something you think about ALOT.
Each food decision, what workout to do, where to go for a walk,
What we think about, We do, and we become.
Thinking becomes behaviours, behaviours become habits, habits become who you are.
There is a saying something along the lines of:-
"A man is what he does and shows, Not what he says."
The more you think about eating healthy and doing exercise, you will start to find that your life will attract more options for being fit and healthy making your environment and life easier to work towards your goals.
My work out was good today.
Clean and press 65kg
Chin ups 35kg
Deadlift 150kg
Curls 63kg
Dips 40kg
Ab Wheel
