I lost 2 out of 3 table tennis games against a friend of mine. But I won the last game so technically I am current champion. As everybody know the last game is the most important.
I am currently watching "Live to 100" on Netflix.
I do love health documentaries when they are done well, through the story telling of others not making it about the creator.
I've watched the 1st episode and just starting the 2nd episode.
What I've learned so far...
Eat sweet potato's
Walk
Garden
Talk with friends
The same simple stuff that I try and preach here as well.
Life is too complicated to make life more so.
I'm sure I'll learn more.
