New Challenge day 2


Hi team


day 2 of the challenge of Old Skool Strength - Check out the programmes section of the website.


Deadlift 110kg

Chin ups weighted 15kg

Clean and press 55kg

Barbell Curls 55kg

Weighted dips 25kg

Ab wheel


I lost 2 out of 3 table tennis games against a friend of mine. But I won the last game so technically I am current champion. As everybody know the last game is the most important.


I am currently watching "Live to 100" on Netflix.


I do love health documentaries when they are done well, through the story telling of others not making it about the creator.


I've watched the 1st episode and just starting the 2nd episode.


What I've learned so far...


Eat sweet potato's

Walk

Garden

Talk with friends


The same simple stuff that I try and preach here as well.


Life is too complicated to make life more so.


I'm sure I'll learn more.

I heard that it was the best out of three and quickly turned to best out of 5, you won the game, somebody else won the match...I wonder who🤔
