Hi team
I worked out early today and the weights are getting easier to lift which means I'm getting stronger which is always nice.
I was reading things about calories and food and here are the thoughts on how to gain 10lbs of fat in a year.
And how easy it really is.
How to gain 10lbs of fat in a year!
A pound of fat (lb) is 3500 calories.
That means over 365 days if you overeat by your maintenance calories by 95 calories and not change anything else you could add 10 lbs of fat in a year.
95 calories is about a 2 fingers kitkat or a small bowl of cheerios more than your body needs!
That doesnt mean don't eat kitkats! They are awesome!
It means that if you don't know how many calories your body needs to keep you at your current bodyweight.
Just by eating 95 calories extra a day for a year could lead to 10lbs of fat onto the body.
People don't wake up fit and muscley.
People don't wake up rich.
They set intentions and habits over time achieve results.
Here is the workout:-
Clean and press 55kg up?
Chin ups 25kg
Deadlift 140kg
Curls 55kg
Dips 45kg
Ab wheel
