Hi team
It's the beginning of a new month and it's going to be a rough month personally for me.
Anyway, it was time to weigh myself and at the beginning of September I was 72.7kg after an experiment with an aggressive fat loss challenge for myself.
I wanted to gain weight so I increased my calories by 500 calories a day for then whole of September.
I stuck to 3 weight lifting sessions a week and the occasional circuits class.
And in 30 days I have gained 2.2kg (5lbs)
So don't tell me that knowing how much food you stuff in your face isn't a good way of controlling fat loss.
On that note, I was in a cafe today and the hot chocolate was 399 calories!
Bearing in I mind most people will get a piece of cake with a hot chocolate which is normally around 400 calories as well so a drink and a treat is almost 800 calories!
And then people add the crisps, biscuits and 3 big meals a day too and wonder why they are getting fat!?!
Don't be silly.
Eat like an adult!
You know what is good and bad for you!
Stop pretending you don't.
Sometimes you need to say NO!
And guess what?
No. Is a complete sentence
Chris
