Day 31 - was a day off from working out it was a tough day. The workout was life. However my brother travelled from Australia and I picked him up from the airport. I arrived at the airport earlier than I thought and I remembered I love being at airports or train stations. I love being there even when I'm not travelling.
At airports and train stations if you want to genuine happiness between 2 people just watch the people waiting for passengers in the arrivals of an airport or getting off the train.
Watch their faces and their eyes.
You will never see such happiness in friends or lovers or families eyes.
Maybe with the exception of parents seeing their children.
Day 32 - Today I have been exhausted. The last 2 weeks kinda caught up with me a little. Then I found a little energy in the afternoon and then the energy was zapped by the evening. But I still managed to get the workout in even after another tough day and then next few days are going to get busier and tougher than I have experienced before.
The phrase "get it done" is the word that replays in my head in tough times. Whatever the small or big task or conversation "get it done."
On a side note the only real time is I get emotional is when there is a overwhelming kindness between people.
It's the reason I cant watch "undercover boss USA" cry at the end of every episode I watch. So I don't watch it.
