New challenge - day 5

Hi team


Day 5 of the "old skool strength" the workout was done late today as in had my kids all day by myself.


Being a dad has changed me massively. In such a good way, but the most surprising is how simple I just want my life to be.


I just don't want or need any dramas in my life.


2 kids under 4 gives you the best techniques to cope with all stresses or dramas in life and having to adapt within 30 seconds.


I had an ice cream and pringles with the kids today! I know shocker!


I also had a whole bowl of spaghetti carbarnona.... I know! Carbs! I'm going to kill myself and get get fat!


Shut up!


Treat you'self once in a while.


I will do a post about what I regularly eat to help some of you out as I get questions all the time about what I eat or writing a meal plan for people.


I refuse to write meal plans for people. Your tastes are different from mine, your cooking skills, your food budget and if in give you a plan "eat this!" Most people come up with excuses.


"Ooo I don't like that food"

"Ooo I cant find that food in the shop"


Shut up and be an adult.


I like to give simple advice and if you can't follow simple.


I can't help you.


Eat more protein

Eat more fruits and veggies

Drink more water

Sleep more

Walk more

Lift weights


Show up

Eat well

Be consistent

Do your best


I can give some more detail on each point to point you in the right direction.


I'm a coach and leader not your mother.


Anyway this post is way different in where I thought it was going to go.

Clean and press 55kg

Chin ups 25kg

Deadlift 120kg

Curls 55kg

Dips 30kg

Ab wheel
