Clean and press 60kg

Chin up 25kg

Deadlift 145kg

Curls 55kg

Dips 50kg

Ab wheel


Compared to the first workout


Deadlift 100kg

Chin up 10kg

Clean and press 50kg

Curls 50kg

Dips 20kg


Not bad gain in strength over 25 workouts and 52 days.


The last 30 days of the challenge have been tough as my father passed away, I have really been struggling to sleep undisturbed this last month.

The programme Old Skool Strength works to get strong.


It's about practising the same moves and getting stronger in them.


Workouts sometimes were 15 mins sometimes 25 mins depending on how I felt on the day.


I've gained muscle and strength.


I cant complain about that!
