Sometimes workouts suck.
Sometimes workouts are awesome.
Sometimes workouts are ah that was meh!
Sometimes workouts are going through the motion.
Oh and by the way, that’s okay and that’s life.
Maybe one in every 5 workouts will be a killer write home to your gym buddies about!
Maybe one in every 10 workouts do you maybe just maybe get stronger.
Remember you can’t just add weight every single workout otherwise we would all be monsters!
There are limitations to our body through genetics! And our body needs exposure to a certain weight for some time before it feels comfortable to then move to the next level! See like a girl you are dating! Take your time and the results will come!
Anyway… I had a MEH workout today! Just showed up and did what I could.
