Old notes but still relevant


Hi Team


I used to write short stories and poetry and all sorts when I was a teenager into my early 20s.

My poor ex girlfriends!


I still have all those notebooks somewhere and all the poetry! but as I got into health and fitness I started writing workouts out in notebooks for myself, and the fitness classes I used to run before having kids.


I found a couple of old notebooks with some old workouts and I surprised myself there is some good simple advice and workouts in there!


Motivation Advice

Show up Do your best Eat Well Be consistent

The Simple Eating Plan

Drink Water Eat more protein Eat more veggies Eat some carbs Eat some Treats

The Count Your Numbers Workout

Jumping jacks – 50 reps Pull ups – 5 reps Push ups – 15 reps Tricep dips – 12 reps Plank – 1 min Repeat 2 times in total then go for a 15 min run

The workout that could be done forever

5 reps – 3 reps – 2 reps Military press Weighted dips Cleans Weighted pull ups Superset – x 3 sets Bicep curls – 8 reps Kettlebell Swings – 15 reps

I guess this blog has become my new notebook, Ill share more from the notebooks I'm sure. Maybe even video record some of the workouts to see if they still hold up.
