I'm a big fan of setting standards and looking at what's around you.


Who are you and what is your family culture that you are setting for yourself and your family?


Culture is:-

Your Behaviour

The Symbol's you look at

The Routines you put in place.


The Behaviour:-

What are you doing? Are you eating healthy foods? Are you moving your body? or are you sitting in front of the TV 24/7?


Behaviour changes feelings and motivation.


You generate motivation by the actions you take.

You SHOW UP.


The Symbols you look at:-

Are you hanging out the people that you are trying to emulate? or are you hanging around the school friends that get high and get drunk every weakened that have beer bellies and health issues?


You are the average of the 5 people you hang out with.


The more you see of what you want to be the more you will drive towards that destination if you cant see your goal and have the books, the videos, the connections then you will be lost.


The routines you set are:-


Important for your goals to come to light!


Set your alarm in for the morning

Make sure your shopping list has proteins and fruits and vegetables,

Set your 30 mins a side to do your workout


Your routines make showing up easier to do what you need to do.

Showing up and doing your routine forms habits and habits become who you are.

Set your culture around you for the person you want to be,

So your children look to you to be better,

So they don't lose the way.

Be their symbol of a whole happy healthy person so your culture is bled through them for generations to come.
