Starting a new challenge Day 1


Hi Team


I have started my own programme Old School Strength - Check it out in the programmes section of the website.


This will be a 30 workout programme - same moves but different reps and sets, the aim of the game is to get stronger but with the 6 same moves for the 30 workouts.


Now these workouts must be done at least 3 times a week but if I fancy it I will push to 5 some weeks. This is training. I am training and practising the same 6 moves to get better and stronger in every move.


So here is what I did today


Deadlift 100kg

Chin ups weighted 10kg

Clean and press 50kg

Barbell Curls 50kg

Weighted dips 20kg

Ab wheel


The workout is inspired by Dan Johns Easy strength, with some glamour moves in there too.


With the right way of eating as well, I really think I'll build a really strong rock solid statue physique.


We will see, I will try and post my weights everyday for each move as a kinda journal.


I also learned today that there are some nice people still around. Also I need to practise table Tennis to beat my friend to a pulp.
