The 4 Agreements to be a better person


1. Do what you say you will do. – It’s time to do what it says on the tin.


2. Take responsibility for your own actions and behaviours – good or bad they are your actions and behaviours, don’t blame others for them.


3. Don’t take everything personally

People are out to survive and will do anything or say anything to do so. If someone has wronged you, it’s unfortunate that that is you, but it could as well just be someone else. Be strong and dont be a victim to it.


4. Always do your best.

What ever you are doing. Do your best. If you dont know how to do something. Do your best to find out how. People really admire the outcome – they normally ask – “How did you do it?” – learn to say. “I did my best.”
