How to calculate your intake:-


Your current body weight in Kilograms x 12 = your daily calorie intake


To lose weight


Your calculated daily intake – (minus) 350 = your goal calorie in take each day


To gain weight


Your calculated daily intake + (add) 350 = your goal calorie intake each day


How to track food

  1. Download myfitnesspal

  2. Create an account

  3. Add wholehappyhealth as your friend and I get to watch what you are doing!

  4. Go to settings and goals and adjust the calories that the app automatically sets.

  5. Adjust the macros (more on this on the next page) carbs 40% – Proteins 30% – Fats 30%
