Behaviour - What are you doing that makes you who you are and what you want out of life?

Symbol - What is your environment like? Are you surrounding yourself with the people, videos, films - books, food, that help you succeed in your behaviours?

Systems - Habits and routines - make lists - do the the same things every day to get your behaviours and culture on track.


Set culture by what you do and what your family, friends and work collegaues see
