How to lose weight and when is the best time to start?
One day fitness coach Art Devaney gave a workshop on food and fitness and at the question and answer segment a female put her hand up and asked:-
“How do you lose weight and keep it off?”
Devaney answered in a snap
“Don’t get fat in the first place.”
The female was not happy, but we all know deep down that is the truth. Body fat is so easy to put onto the body and we can do it without thinking about it. But to get rid of the god damn fat it takes time and patience and thinking and over thinking and patience and time.
But when is the best time to start with losing body fat? Well most probably when we were 25 years old, after the age of around 25 years old man, that body fat is stubborn and I’m pretty sure it takes 10 times the effort.
Not really, we just need to keep things simple instead of overthinking and believing any and every article about what is good and bad for us! (more on that later)
Look, all hope isn’t lost.
How do you lose body fat? Eat well and remember that fat loss happens in the kitchen.
When is the best time to start? If it wasn't when you were 25 years old, the next best time to start is right now.
