Whole Happy Health Update

Hi Team!


2024 has started and so it is time for that breathe in and breathe out.


"Ahhhh"


Calm mind and thoughtful thinking about what is that we want to achieve this year.


I have already had my garden fences blown down and replaced that that was something on my 2023 list to get sorted.


So I'm off to a good start.

Training - Why do more?


I am in month 3 of the 3 Day a Week Muscle Gain with Fat Loss - linked here 3DMGWFL


Month 3 is go heavy with weights and 3 reps of 3 sets and give it your all and then go home training with friends all have said "Why do anything else?"


It gets you strong and gets you looking good and hard and with the right eating it will get you looking like a warrior.


I kinda get it, why would you do anything else?


Get the fundamentals right first and if you do them right and consistently, results will come.

Money makes the world go around.


With the New Year starting - people want to get hold of their finances and Dave Ramsey's Baby steps for financial freedom helped me get out of debt and be financially stable for the first time in 38 years. - No credit card get, no loans, - savings and being able to say yes to a lot more that just stressing about money all the time.


He recently did this livestream for people to help then get control of their finances and help them not to be scared of looking at the bank statements.


I highly recommend doing what his plan says.

Now, I seem to have a different music style than most fitness coaches, I was an alternative, emo kid and growing up my style is mainly rock n' roll, blues, soul and country.

Team, I wil l try and get a blog out every 2 weeks for advice and keeping myself and you on track for your fitness and life goals.
